I pre-ordered this during the middle of January 2025 and still haven’t received it, even though it’s in-stock now. I’ve been told “they’re in stock and ready to ship” and “these will ship in 1-3 business days” and most recently “these are still a pre-order item and will be available in 2-3 weeks” … confusing & frustrating.
