Your delivery timeframe starts once the carrier has received and scanned your package into their system. Please note, the timeframe applies to business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to military addresses at this time.
Public Holidays
Please note that business days exclude public holidays. For each public or national holiday, kindly allow an additional day for delivery. For Same Day Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEDT, your delivery will be scheduled for the next business day.
Weekends & Mondays
As we typically don’t process orders on weekends, please allow an additional day for delivery on orders placed over the weekend or on Monday with Standard Delivery.
Sale Periods
Please note that during our sale period, there may be a slight delay of 1-3 business days in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking
Once your order is packed and on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and all the details you need to track your delivery. For same-day delivery orders, tracking updates will be available between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
