We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
Full-priced items purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund provided they are unused and have all original tags attached.
Withdraw Order
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the final parcel.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, click the Withdraw Order button. Submit your request and your return label will be generated automatically. We’ll email you confirmation once we’ve received your request. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
For a faster refund, we recommend sending your item(s) back within 3 business days of submitting your withdrawal request.
Your refund
We'll issue your refund within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal request, once we have received either:
- the returned item(s); or
- proof that the item(s) were sent back within the required timeframe, such as a carrier scan or tracking confirmation.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the item cost and the standard delivery cost you paid. Any additional cost for express or premium shipping is not refundable.
A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect and try on your item(s) as you would in a store. If an item is handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and this reduces its value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
Items excluded for hygiene reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.This includes:
- swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed;
- cosmetics, hair products, underwear and earrings where supplied sealed and the seal has been broken or removed.
These items may only be returned under the right of withdrawal if the hygiene seal remains intact, unless the item is faulty.
INSTANT EXCHANGE — €7 Return Shipping Fee
Once your return is lodged, your new exchange order is sent out immediately with free standard shipping! $1 will be processed and held during the exchange. Original items must be returned, so the full payment for exchange isn't charged. A €7 Return Shipping Fee applies.
If you return an exchanged item, it will be eligible for:
- Exchange for another size
- Exchange for another product
- Store Credit
Once items have been processed in an exchange order, they are no longer eligible for a refund. Please note, customers have a limit of 2 exchanges per order. Once 2 exchanges have been completed, items can be returned for a credit towards new items.
Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If you wish to use a discount, we recommend opting for store credit and place a new order.
STORE CREDIT — €7 Return Shipping Fee
- €7 Return Shipping Fee.
- Your store credit will be emailed to you once your return is in transit.
- If you’re not ready to choose a replacement, you can choose store credit and shop later.
- Please note all store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
REFUND – €20 Return Shipping Fee
- A €20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
- For EU withdrawal returns, we will refund the item cost and the standard delivery cost paid. Any additional cost for express or premium shipping is not refundable.
- Any rewards credit earned from your order will be forfeited.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return your item(s) within 14 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
For EU withdrawal returns, you may inspect and try on your item(s) as you would in a store. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and this reduces its value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
In order for your item(s) to be approved for return it must meet the following criteria:
- Be unworn, unwashed, original tags still attached and in original packaging.
- No smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- Be free of makeup or fake tan marks.
- Due to strict hygiene policies, Cosmetics, Hair Products, Underwear & Earrings cannot be returned.
- Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.
- We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
*For EU withdrawal returns, refunds will be completed in line with EU withdrawal requirements. The original delivery fee will not be refunded, except where required under EU withdrawal laws. For EU withdrawal returns, the standard delivery cost paid will be refunded. Customers who receive faulty or incorrect item(s) are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery. Returned items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
HOW TO RETURN — 3 EASY STEPS
1. Complete Online Returns Form
Click “Start Return” and follow the steps to submit your return.
2. Print & Attach Returns Label
Package your unworn item(s) and attach your new return label.
3. Post The Parcel
Drop off your return at your nearest Postal Service.
Please note, customers returning orders from Cyprus, Switzerland and Norway are responsible for their own tracking back to our warehouse. Customers ordering from these regions are also not eligible for our Instant Exchange outcome.
We are not responsible for delays due to no tracking being added to the return portal. Please ensure tracking is added for a smooth return process.
