"Very cute and the material is kind of like a mesh so if it gets wet it will dry which is great for the bar/college formal. I’m 5’9 with a 24. 5 inch waist and small chest. I got an XS. I had to pull it down occasionally but think the length overall was good. Make sure to buy some stickies because you can’t really wear a bra with this. Also I would wear beige undies or a similar shade of red."
