    SO smooth and flattering

    As somebody who doesn't have much on her chest, I actually found this quite flattering, and the skirt part of the dress is so flowy and beautiful. The ruffles made me so happy to be wearing it. However, I'd only recommend this dress to those who can tolerate neck pain and the string tied around your neck can be tiring but worth the pain. I love how multi-purpose this dress could serve. With this particular dress I could make it a strapless dress or have all of these different variations with the top part of the dress, which i really enjoyed. The lining of the dress is SO soft and smooth which makes this dress comfortable to wear.
